Our Expertise

Our professional team includes full time staff with a range of accountancy and legal expertise. In addition to support staff, Donovan Keogh have a team of experts that can be called upon whenever the need arises including experienced legal advisors to assist with legal issues.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Sharon O’Donovan has worked in practice for the past sixteen years. She is also a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners.

She has carved out a reputation for herself as being an expert in the field of insolvency which lead to her appointment as Official Liquidator by the High Court and in doing so became the first female to be appointed to this position.

Sharon has had articles published on the subject of corporate recovery and insolvency matters.

From her early days of auditing she developed her forensic accounting skills which she now employs to provide her with a unique approach to liquidations.

Other areas of Sharon’s expertise include forensic accounting and company law. Having worked in general practice she has also gained extensive experience in Solicitors Accounts, Pension Schemes, the highly specialised field of ABC Circulation Audits and reporting requirements for state funded companies.
